Trust & Guardrails
- Legal rider-awareness scope only. No fare-evasion functionality.
- No continuous location tracking. The flow is departure-based, not GPS surveillance.
- Duplicate signal suppression (default 90 seconds) to prevent noisy repeats.
- Per-user cooldown (default 3 minutes) to throttle rapid repeat reporting.
- Confidence is based on recent unique reporters and signal recency.
- Ride/check-in data is ephemeral and cleaned up after expiration windows.
